Being over 40 has taught me so much. Not to take a day for granted never know when it's your time, spending time with family more and more, and my maturity level has grown substantially, and no drama like I use to do, and the best part is seeing my grown daughter turn to an unbelievable woman!!

What would you do with the $40,000?Put a down payment on buying a house instead of renting. And maybe even some traveling.
