Life experience and resilience has shaped a life I love and am grateful for beyond 40. A long road overcoming paralysis from a devastating accident, & later an extended illness, has gifted me more strength, determination & perspective than anything else. Rising to life’s challenges myself has taught my sons to do the same. That’s probably the best part. I am always expanding my knowledge and insights into myself, the people around me and in my work. Always improving, refining, growing.
How do you stay fabulous?The biggest part of staying ‘fabulous’ is giving grace to others and myself, and learning to overcome life's curve balls. I exercise, eat clean, don’t drink alcohol, and have a good skincare routine. I’m also a big fan of PRP. Good genes help, too. My entire family looks far younger than they are. Consciously cultivating joy in my life is a huge part of the ‘fabulous.’ Joy gives a vibrance that is the heart of beauty. Real outward beauty radiates from within.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest the prize money.
