I have arrived at a place of peace by digging deep to fully understand all my layers, facets, luminosity and shadows.

I love to reflect on all the chapters of my life. I see so much growth and evolution over the years. I am thankful for all the blessings on my journey, but have a deep gratitude for all the challenges and times that it felt like my life was falling apart. It was in that darkness that I learned to fostered the embers of self love that have set my life ablaze. I have an amazing husband, loving family and precious circle of friends that reflect back that boundless love and light.
How do you stay fabulous?There are several way that I set my intentions, daily, for a fabulous life. I wake up and focus deeply on all the things, great and small, that I am grateful for. When challenges arise, I try to meet them with compassion for self/others and confidence that I can manage the situation. Laughter is beautiful medicine and so I invite all opportunities to bring humor into my life. Lastly I listen to music, dance and create and connect with art as often as possible.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the $40,000 to make my passion project come to fruition. I am passionate about helping others, especially military veterans connect with their own natural internal healer. Some methods that I have studied in this pursuit of helping others heal include art therapy, meditation and psychedelic facilitated therapy. I served honorably in the US Army and my career as an RN is what started me on this path and interest to help those suffering from PTSS and PTSD and I know this my purpose.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
