How do you stay fabulous?Taking time to care for myself. The need and the want too, seemed to come naturally for me after 40. Excepting my flaws and still loving myself helped with the stress of aging after 40. Trying to eat the important foods, taking the right vitamins and hydration daily helps improve my health and wellness. Yoga has entered my life after 40, the calmness of peace in it has been so beneficial in my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?A wonderful getaway trip for me and my husband…who has given me so much love and encouragement throughout our marriage. His support has been like no other.
