At now 54 yrs old,( Happy Bday!) a single mom of 2 amazing teenagers, building businesses as an artist and podcaster. My kids are my why. 🙏

I love that after all of the challenges I've overcome stemming from years of abuse, I am comfortable in my talents and voice now! Confidence rising out of struggle - phoenix rising. It has also been an honor to share wisdom and life lessons with my kids and their friends, my eight nieces and nephews and their friends! I have quite a story to share and I fully embrace what life has become as I've aged. I encourage all women to go for their dreams, to never give up and to support one another!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay in a healthy routine that encompasses proper nutrition and exercise, I constantly strive to learn new things, to write, to keep my mind sharp and love on my family! I stay close to God and keep my faith strong as without it I do not feel like I would've overcome life's challenges along the way! A positive outlook, seeing the possibilities and Gods promises instead of focusing on the limitations! Am I Fabulous every day? No waaay! Some days I'm fabulously crappy but always resilient!
What would you do with the $40,000?I have already planned it! I am going to catapult my art business and podcast as I intend to help as many women as I can overcome the effects of abuse and hold tight to their natural talents, believing in themselves to achieve independence and success, mentally, emotionally and physically! I am so honored to be representing women struggling with breast cancer and plan to give to the Ronald Macdonald House here in Charlotte!
