The wonderful thing about being over 40 is that I can walk around with the same confidence of a 21 year old . That is because discipline, consistency, and determination were not a choice but a lifestyle. I choose to live by actions not just words . A physique is earned not given , a healthy mindset is a choice and I’ve made mine .
How do you stay fabulous?I have created for myself a routine that consists of a good workout and , good eating habits. I have self control over the things that I can control and let go of the things I cannot . I create action plans to execute anything I set my mind to and accept failures as lessons not losses .
What would you do with the $40,000?Winning forty thousand dollars will give me a boost to be able to pay my credit card debt , and invest towards a down payment for a home . I practice my own faith and with that being said I will donate ten percent to my home church .
