I love the freedom and wisdom being over 40 affords me one in which I can do what I want while helping , inspire and lift up women going through life’s changes . Being Active has always been a way of life for me as a former competitive gymnast NFL cheerleader and Celebrity fitness trainer I look to my Mom as my inspiration who at 90 has outlived her parents and siblings by 30 years simply by being active . As a South East Asian predisposed to heart disease and diabetes I want to be like her
How do you stay fabulous?My habits are lifelong healthy ones but as I age I try to add in new practices that support the changes while continuing to have fun! I recently added burlesque dancing 💃🏻 and our team perform in front of audiences . Never lose your sensuality take care of the exterior and keep trying new things
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow well I would donate 1/4 to my charity I started 321Empower.org helping girls saved from trafficking become fitness trainers , I love travel and have plans to do the Camino de Santiago by 65, and maybe finally I can build a little beach house in the Bahamas where Ive had land for over 15 years.
