I am more comfortable and confident about myself and my body ! I feel stronger than when I was in my 30 .. I finally have good and healthy relationships with food .. I had eating disorders for many years and now I am after my 40 and I feel like I won the battle and found the balance that I looked for all my life and I am very excited to see what is waiting for me in my 50th and I want to use my voice and my power to help those women who are dealing with eating disorders and save animals in need
How do you stay fabulous?I work out everyday! I run 10 k 5 times a week and I do weights 4 times a week ! I drink a lot of water and I sleep at least 8 hours a night and trying to eat healthy but also enjoying good wine and good dinner everything in balane .. But what keeps me going everyday that I can help dogs and save them around the world.. every dog I save I feel so thankful
What would you do with the $40,000?I have a dream to save dogs in need from get killed and my biggest dream is to go to Africa , China and to save dogs from meat dog trade I think that there is not enough help for those poor innocent souls and they are been treated very badly and we need to raise our voice to help them and save them and by doing that we will help all those poor countries and we will create a better life ! I feel like I need to protect all those innocent souls ..
