Took me some time to think about what I love about being over 40. To be honest it hasn’t always been a walk in the park . But I have been able to learn how to work through things better and am able to recognize what and who deserves my energy. Being able to realize what no longer aligns with my worth. Owning my worth unapologetically- no more seeking validation. Being able to create habits that empower me to show up as me every day and putting myself first:)
