Freedom! Embracing my body, my mind, my challenges, and my accomplishments! Accepting the things that I have done in the past and realizing I’m not defined by my failures, my struggles, or my success! My definition of me is fluid and ever evolving It’s who I am and who I want to become. It’s recognizing and embracing that I am amazing as is!
How do you stay fabulous?Being positive. Accepting the things that I can change and the wisdom to know the difference. Striving to be the person whose reflection I see in the mirror is gracious, humble, and kind, and forgiving to others and to myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?Start my non-profit business providing educational and vocational services to domestic abuse survivors like myself. I would have teachers volunteer hours to prepare women to obtain their GEDs, cosmetologists volunteer their services to teach self care, make up and hair. A woman feels good inside when v she feels good in the outside! Hello!! I would have vendors donate clothing to dress the women for job interviews; life coaches and therapist donate counseling services to break the cycle .
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
