Age is just a number. I don’t look, act or feel my age. At 52, I feel like I just now know who I truly am and what I want out of life.

How do you stay fabulous?I try to stay current with makeup, hair, clothes and accessories. I’ve lost weight and exercise when time allows. I also take care of my skin.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest it into my recently opened real estate brokerage.
