How do you stay fabulous?I prioritize self-care through a balanced routine that includes weight lifting, yoga, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, and nourishing my body with healthy food. This holistic approach not only keeps me physically fit but also enhances my mental clarity and overall well-being. By investing time in myself, I’m able to show up as the best version of me, ready to tackle whatever life throws my way with energy and positivity. Embracing these practices makes all the difference!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000, I'd treat myself to a much-needed weekend getaway to recharge and reflect. Finally, I would invest in my future, ensuring financial stability and supporting charities that are close to my heart. This balance of honoring my past, nurturing my well-being, and giving back would make the most meaningful use of that money.
