I feel comfortable in my own skin, at last. After four decades of life experience (nearing five decades!), I am very aware of my strengths and weaknesses. I've come to fully accept and love who I am, warts 'n all. It's very liberating. I also love that I've gained a lot of wisdom by now, but I've still got more decades to grow and learn. I feel as though the best years are yet to come. I am more confident than ever.
How do you stay fabulous?I think the key to staying fabulous is embracing one's authenticity. I no longer concern myself with what other people think of me, I just do what makes me happy. I stay in my own lane, dress how I like, and refuse to compare myself to others. I've not always been this secure, but once I entered my 40's my mindset changed. I truly feel fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?Well, I lost some money to bank fraud this summer, so this money would provide me with financial security. Also, I have been told by my mechanic my car is in its last legs, so I would find a more reliable set of wheels. Lastly, I would treat myself to a holiday in Scotland or Ireland to reconnect with old friends I miss dearly. I used to live in both countries and they feel like home.
