I stopped caring so much about what other people think of me long ago. Now, being in my 50s(!), means caring less about what I think of myself! 😝 That is to say, there is so much less self-judgement and self-sabotage. I love my body. I trust my choices and celebrate each moment.
How do you stay fabulous?I keep my heart and mind wide open because *fabulousness* is about loving life. I remember that I am the villain, hero, and healer of my own story; and I choose to create an epic and meaningful adventure. I make self-care a ritual. Yoga & Ayurveda help me align with the rhythms of nature. I look for beauty in everything. I’m never finished learning. Spending time outdoors with my husband and 12 year old daughter feels pretty fab.
What would you do with the $40,000?Erykah Badu sang it best: “Pack Light. All you must hold onto is YOU.” As I get older, however, I do dream of a little home for my little fam. I would use the $ for a down payment. 💗 Thanks to everyone who has voted so far!
