I love being unapologetically "me" flaws and all. I love that at this stage in my life I'm more grounded and patient with self. Learning to love & pour into myself more by taking care of my mind, body, and spirit is priority. My physical and mental health is a ongoing work in progress that I take pride in as I challenge myself daily to be a better version of myself; finding ways to enhance personal growth and learning while not letting my past challenges define me!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by drinking more water, eating healthier, limiting my sugar and fat/carb intake. With my son's positive support & encouragement we practice "mindfulness" togerher and it's been a positive influence & testament to how far I've come in beating the odds. I Laugh alot too! (laughter is GOOD medicine) to keep a healthy & good sense of humor alleviates any stress I may deal with day to day & guidance through prayer keeps me humbly fabulous & balanced.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take care of some outstanding debts, pay it forward to a few families in need, donate some essentials to a shelter and use the rest as a down payment on a new home for me & my family. I'd also take a much needed mini-getaway someplace warm with a ocean view and full service spa. I love all things relaxation & therapeutic! :)
