What I love about being over 40 is the confidence and self-awareness that comes with it. I've learned to embrace who I am, let go of unnecessary stress, and focus on what truly matters. It's a time when I prioritize my health and well-being, and I'm more intentional about the people and experiences I allow into my life. Plus, there's a sense of freedom in not caring so much about what others think. It’s a time of wisdom, growth, and living life with purpose!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is all about balance! I focus on self-care, both inside and out. That means nourishing my body with healthy food, staying active with workouts I actually enjoy, and making time to rest and recharge. I also embrace my unique style and don’t shy away from a little pampering, whether it's a skincare routine or dressing in something that makes me feel confident. But most importantly, I keep a positive mindset, surround myself with uplifting people, and never stop dancing!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I'd invest in my health and personal growth! First, I'd take a portion to travel—experiencing new places always brings a fresh perspective and energy. Then, I’d invest in some wellness retreats or courses that help me stay mentally and physically strong. I’d also set aside some for financial security, like savings or investments. And, of course, I’d treat myself to something fun, like a wardrobe refresh or an exciting project that fuels my creativity.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
