Being over 40 has given me the wisdom to step into long-buried dreams. After battling severe asthma and chronic illnesses that left me disabled, I now embrace the Sanandawa way of life, a holistic system I developed that centers African, Indigenous, queer voices, and divine harmony. I focus on joy, healing, and breaking intergenerational trauma by honoring my ancestors, aligning with my values, centering family, and uplifting the marginalized.
How do you stay fabulous?stay fabulous by living as a proud Neurosparky, embracing my neurodiversity and seeking harmony in mind, body, and spirit. Though I can’t work full-time due to chronic illness, I prioritize joy, rest, and healing through creativity, entrepreneurship, and spiritual growth. I center Divine Love, Sacred Rage, and liberation for all. By honoring my ancestors’ strengths, I break cycles of trauma and uplift African, Indigenous, queer, and neurodivergent communities through the Sanandawa way of life.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d take my family and friends on a multi-country trip this summer, celebrating our shared journey and embracing intergenerational gifts and joys. This trip would be a vital part of my mission to heal and break cycles of trauma while uplifting marginalized voices through the Sanandawa way of life. I’d also invest in my entrepreneurial and creative ventures, ensuring everything I do aligns with Divine Love, Joy, Sacred Action, and the collective liberation of all I encounter.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
