Having the wisdom to focus on what matters most. By the time we are 40, most of us have experienced loss. This helps guide our decisions and brings to life the old maxim “don’t sweat the small stuff”. Helping people get in shape makes me happy:). Spending time with family warms my heart and reminds me what is important. Getting hugs from my grandsons are priceless:)!
How do you stay fabulous?By caring for my health and soul, I am able to give back. I get energized by supporting our most vulnerable population (stroke, heart attack, and cancer victims, those with Parkinson’s, CKD, seniors, etc.). It is very rewarding to help people regain mobility, self esteem, and quality of life. Maintaining excellent health allows me to travel, participate in activities with my children and grandchildren, prepare huge family meals to keep us together to laugh and love often!
What would you do with the $40,000?Every woman deserves to be Fab over 40-including cancer survivors, heart attack and stroke victims, care givers, and the vulnerable population. I have dedicated my life to promoting exercise as the pathway to good health and quality of life. It is our superpower with endless benefits - physically, mentally, and socially. I would launch a program to help women regain strength and dignity, self esteem and mobility, all while increasing their quality of life.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
