I’m more grounded and grateful and it just makes life so much more enjoyable and peaceful. I really try to take care of my mind as much as my body and I really contribute that as the key element of feeling my absolute best. I’m very thankful that I know my Lord Jesus Christ and love him and believe in the power of prayer which has made the most significant difference as I age. I feel very blessed and thankful for everything in my life!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay active, I’m always moving daily, and moving produces a positive brain with great endorphin production. This is key once you meet the menopausal period. By always consuming quality food of this earth that God gave us, wholesome meals that feed my body what it needs has also been routine for me. The one thing I try to remember is that discipline also means having grace for yourself , and indulging in a treat is a reward of positive power and gratitude.
What would you do with the $40,000?I think I would take a really nice vacation for my husband and I. He’s a wonderful supportive man always putting me first. I would also want to pay it forward. I feel we must share our good fortunes in life with others . People need to care for each other, and love each other as Jesus loves us.
