Learning how to be intentional by; focusing on myself, schedule self-care activities, setting boundaries, and setting short term goals. Most importantly embracing my sexy 47 year old mind, body and soul!
How do you stay fabulous?Practicing acceptance and gratitude. Can't stress enough the importance of expressing gratitude, towards others an myself. I read somewhere, that in the heart of gratitude there is acceptance. It's about viewing my experiences, which encompasses; my sensations, my thoughts, my desires and learning to create and connect with the real me. If I accept me for all the I am, than I can be grateful for what I have become. Which is a fabulous 47 year old phenomenal women!
What would you do with the $40,000?I will take my mom and my sister on a Mediterranean Cruise. They are the most important people in my life, and we love to travel and explore new adventures. It's about creating unforgettable memories with my favorite girls. I will also continue to invest in my very expensive skin care! LOL
