I am happy to be alive I have had several near death experiences and survived heart disease. There is still so much to experience at any age but being over 40 I am truly grateful for every single minute.
How do you stay fabulous?I try not to eat sweets, drink plenty of water; I love my aqua fit class. My son's autism symptoms are sometimes stressful. My stress outlet is making digital art and reels with animation on Facebook. I go by my highschool name Polly Pearsol so my friends can find me.
