Over the last several years I’ve made it my mission to focus on my health, both mental and physical. I’m proud to say I’ve 125 pounds!

Being over 40 is a beautiful chapter filled with newfound wisdom and confidence. I appreciate the clarity that comes with age. I know what I want and more importantly, what I don’t. This time has given me the freedom to embrace my authentic self, shedding societal expectations and celebrating my unique beauty. It’s also allowed me to focus on my physical and mental health.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous at any age is about embracing who I am and celebrating my journey. I prioritize self-care, concentrating on activities that nourish my body and soul. Fashion is my canvas. I choose pieces that fit my personal style and make me feel confident. I love the relationships I’ve cultivated - meaningful connections that enrich my life. Ultimately being over 40 has taught me to live life on my terms, with passion and purpose, and that is truly fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?I’ve had a dream of creating a benefit fashion show in my community. I’d love to see that vision come to life! I’d also love to take a bucket list vacation!
