I am a 54 year old empty nester who finally takes time to work out and eat right. I recently lost 40 pounds. I am a crime victim advocate.

The knowledge that I matter. For many years, I took what others said about me to heart. I lived too many years wondering if I was making people happy. Now it is my time to take care of myself by being my authentic fabulous self.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out all the time. My gym is run by a fabulous trainer who helps women and their health. I meditate to take out all bad energy. I eat healthy. I also am kind to everyone.
What would you do with the $40,000?Put a roof on my house that needs one badly. With my son in college, money hasn’t been easy to get. I would also enjoy a fishing trip with my husband and son. With my son graduating college in May and my 25th wedding anniversary in December, family time is important. I would also take my 84 mom someplace special.
