Honestly, everything! There's just something wonderful about being over 40. Life's craziness doesn't seem to get to you like it did in your 20's and 30's. The hoops and loops of school, family, and career have all been figured out and you're just greatful you've survived it. Being over 40 is like the back side of a roller coaster ride. You know the smooth winding down end after all the crazy ups and downs. That's being over 40 to me. I'm greatful for the ride.
How do you stay fabulous?I've had to learn to not feel guilty about putting my needs first. My 81 year old mother and my grand kids depend on me to be there for them so it's important I take care of myself so I can take care of them. This means eating healthy, drinking lots of water, getting the correct amount of sleep, also staying on top of my health and not neglecting my vitamins.
What would you do with the $40,000?My 81 year old mother has always dreamed of seeing Hawaii. She raised me and my siblings alone. Nothing would make me happier than to make that dream of hers a reality. I would also pay off some debt, fix up her home and place the rest into savings.
