With all of the trauma in my life the past 7 years, I have pulled myself up & turned my life around for the better! I am 55 and fabulous!

At this stage in my life, I have experienced alot of what life has to offer - (both good and bad) I have a wealth of knowledge & wisdom that I learned over the years from my past experiences...whether it's from my parents, travel and previous jobs. I am so lucky to have some of my parents good genes - with my Mom her young looking skin - most people never guess my age. My Dad gave me his toughness and strength and that is so needed at my age. You need to be a tough cookie at 55!
How do you stay fabulous?I work on my overall health by focusing on my mind and body. For my body - I try to stay active on a daily basis. Walking, stairs & weights at home along with classes here & there. I also cook healthy meals & desserts that work for all of my health issues. For mind - I take part in many classes that help with mental health, anxiety along with counselling. I also take good care of my skin with products & continue a daily regimen. I drink plenty of water and do not smoke or drink alcohol.
What would you do with the $40,000?Since this year I am focusing on my overall health & wellness, would like to spend the money on the proper meds to help with my diabetes. Therapy for my mental health. Start buying organic food to help my health issues. Lastly, my sister & I really need some time away to de-stress to help deal with the overall trauma we faced in the past years. We both suffer from anxiety & let ourselves go taking care of our ill parents for yrs. & loosing them both 6 mnts. apart. Need a refresh of life!
