How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by cultivating healthy thoughts and taking care of my mental health. Beauty comes first from within. I strive to meditate, workout, drink enough water, eat well (80/20) and most importantly, clean up and eliminate all "bad" energy that might accumulate throughout the day. Regret, guilty, shame, fear, resentment, anger, envy, comparison, thoughts of lack or not enough. We need to remove those as well, daily, not just our makeup.
What would you do with the $40,000?As a Latina woman, full-time employee, single mom (co-parenting father 50/50 custody, therefore no alimony) I've had to rebuild my life a few times. With $40K, I would pay credit card debt due to poor money management and the financial burden of divorce. I would also pay school loans and put a partial funding towards rebuilding my startup - which is an app to guide and equip immigrants, via unbiased information and networking, how to thrive in a new country and add value to the local community.
