I'm 48 and still work like I'm in my 20s. I am a grandmother and enjoy every moment of it. I get excited over every wrinkle and gray hair.

I love still being the person that gets everything done. I enjoy my grandson and being able to keep up with him. I love people's surprise at learning I'm closer to 50 than 30. I love that feeling of not having to adult some days because I'm the only one depending on me. There is a lot of freedom when you start passing milestones in life that allows you to enjoy more of the things you do.
How do you stay fabulous?Yard work and playing with a 6 yr old doesn't hurt. There are 3 essentials to being happy in life. 1st be happy and confident in your own skin-you earned the grey's and the wrinkles they tell your story. 2nd don't let unhappy people run your life for you. Finally laugh lots-life is funny. Be able to laugh at yourself especially. I was asked once why I don't take more pictures and simply put it's because I'm busy living life. Someone else can make the documentary.
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay off loans for foundation repairs to my house.
