I retired twelve years ago and immediately began a quest to get healthy and stay active through dancing and keeping fit.

How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by taking care of myself and trying new experiences, such as last year’s trip to Europe. I love participating in Zumba, Line Dance, and fitness classes with my friends. I am blessed to be involved with a dance team of ladies, all over 50. Each year we give back to the community by participating in the Silver Fox Follies. All proceeds from this show directly benefit developmentally disabled children and adults through equestrian therapy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would spend some on clothes and skincare, save a portion, and use some to bless others.
