Well I was 278 lb and I am 145 lb I dropped my weight, I had prediabetes when I dropped my weight it went away I look and I feel fabulous

What do I love about being over 40? That I don't look it that's what everybody keeps telling me they said you have beautiful skin even without makeup they said your skin is beautiful that runs in my family. And ever since I dropped my weight I feel so healthy I'm doing a lot more that I don't feel like I'm aging I just feel terrific.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay Fabulous by sleeping 8 hours I try to anyway I eat right and exercise and if I can't go outside to exercise I make sure I exercise indoors on YouTube I Follow one of the people on my YouTube videos. And I'm always getting compliments on the way I look and they always say you smell so beautiful they all want to know what kind of perfume I wear LOL I just think 40 is just a number it doesn't mean you have to look it or feel it.
What would you do with the $40,000?Do you want to know something? I don't know what I would do with that money I never had that much money before ever the most I've ever had was $6,000 and that's my tax money I know I need a car I know I live in a small apartment I would love a house one day I love to travel so basically this just a few things on my bucket list but most of all I am a caregiver for my mother because I don't want to ever put her in a old age facility I used to work in one those places aren't good at all
