Absolutely love all the wisdom and freedom to be authentic without concerns of being judged by others. This brings more appreciation for the moments as they are verses how our minds make up they should be. Also not allowing society to dictate what’s best for ourselves and living an harmonious authentic life that is fulfilling.
How do you stay fabulous?I meditate daily, make time for walks, gym and healthy cooking. I don’t watch TV, I am very careful to what I take in through my 5 senses as we not only metabolize food but also every experience. In the past 5 years I have switched to as many natural plant based products as possible. This includes hair products , moisturizers, makeup, household products and of course organic fruits and vegetables etc. I also practice intermittent fasting and at times do prolonged fasts.
What would you do with the $40,000?Lots of needed things, including helping some family and other necessities that have been put off.
