Now that my 40's are in my rear view mirror; I am thankful for the knowledge that is acquired through age and experience. I am a survivor. I have endured the complications of several illnesses. I love that like the mythical Phoenix rising from the fire, I am a warrior. I am a role model for future generations. I am full of God's grace. My life experiences have sharpened me into a capable, strong,and unique powerful woman. Life is beautiful indeed.
How do you stay fabulous?To quote the infamous Benjamin Franklin: "Early to bed early to rise" is my secret to being fabulous, fit, and over 40. In addition to practicing a strict vegan lifestyle, I exercise five days each week. My fitness regime includes toning three days a week and walking five days per week. I enjoy walking outside and feeling the sunshine soak into my skin. I enjoy the fresh air in my lungs from a nice hike that only nature can provide. Exercise and the great outdoors
What would you do with the $40,000?selected as the recipient of this award, I would build a home large enough to host my grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. I could have room to host and mentor the next generation. The award would greatly assist me in reaching my goals during the retirement phase of my life
