I love that the life I live is the embodied of slogans and sayings that used to decorate my binders, walls, computer cover and coffee mugs. I have broken chains and created new patterns and legacies of joy, laughter, intimacy, honesty, trust and connection. I’ve geeked out and fallen down a rabbit hole of self love, care and longevity. I know how to pivot, respond, grow and show up to transform every experience to an opportunity.
How do you stay fabulous?I try stay one step ahead of fabulous all the time. I feed, feel and fuel the fabulous in me everyday, in every way. I get curious when I’m not seeing fabulous in my eyes or feeling it in my heart. Nutrition, sleep, conversation, exercise, friendship, nature, children and purpose are all tools that keep me at my best, fuelling my vitality and back light the magic in my smile.
