All of the wisdom that I have learned and accumulated over the years. I love that I am much more comfortable in my body. I'm much more patient and understanding. I love helping others but being over 40 has taught me to draw boundaries unapologetically if anyone oversteps. This is something that I had to learn over the years and being over 40 has taught me that it's okay to choose myself first if need be which was very hard for me to do when I was younger.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out at least five times a week, I eat clean, I'm very holistic and take ayurvedic herbs, I take sea moss every morning and black seed oil. No drinking alcohol, no smoking, moisturize and hydrate. The natural route has served me best! Only surrounding myself with positive people, laughing a lot and not taking myself and others too seriously.
What would you do with the $40,000?My beautiful daughter who turned 18 this year just graduated from high school. I would use the $40,000 towards her college tuition and furniture for her new dormitory living space. This is a dream, thank you very much for your consideration!
