Actually I’m fabulously over 50! I am dedicated to my daily yoga practice, I eat a healthy diet and I have a positive attitude to life!

I definitely think as I've grown older I have become more confident. Insecurities in my 20s and 30s seem so trivial now! I have a wonderful husband, great family and friends, excellent health, a lovely home, sweet fur babies, and I have so much to be grateful for. I’m lucky and blessed.
How do you stay fabulous?I firmly believe that "you are what you eat", I NEVER put processed food in my body, I mostly cook at home and I drink lots of water. Also a daily exercise routine is a must, consistency is key! And of course, getting outside to enjoy nature and having an attitude of gratitude is so important to me. Additionally, I love to travel to broaden my horizons!
What would you do with the $40,000?I will donate $20,000 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and also bring my husband on a lovely vacation!
