I love the freedom that comes with turning 40. It is a milestone age and birthday. Wisdom, knowledge and beauty all come with growing older. We’re only as old as we feel, therefore I try to live a life that keeps me feeling young! Growing old can be fun when you change your views on aging! It’s a privilege to be alive and breathing and walking in the plan that God has for my life.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is a mindset. I truly believe in always seeking to be the best version of yourself. Health, fitness and peace of mind are all very important to me. I try to eat as healthy as possible and maintain an active lifestyle that allows my body to function as I age. Massage therapy, chiropractic, functional movement and meditation all help to maintain a balanced quality of life. And of course, my fabulous skincare routine 😉
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it for multiple different avenues including donating to and making it possible for me to start doing mission work; growing my esthetic business and personal development and paying down debt!
