I love that I have had a very full life with so many incredible experiences. I’ve been fortunate to meet many people and be a part of many families. My community is extremely talented and colorful. These experiences have shaped my non traditional life and given me wisdom that I never imagined. Being this age has brought me peace in accepting and loving myself and the world in a deeper genuine way.
How do you stay fabulous?My friends and my family are the most important thing to me. I am blessed to have played music for the majority of my life. Having that intimate exchange with the audience is a magic that has filled my heart and soul for decades. Live music energizes my spirit and keeps me alive. I eat a healthy plant based diet, do yoga and travel as much as I can… but the simple things are the most important which is listening to your intuition and practicing kindness and compassion.
What would you do with the $40,000?Well… I would first do the practical things - like invest into my house and future…which includes a woman owned new business… but I would also take my friends and family on a soul nourishing trip that they would never forget.
