Turning 40 often marks a significant milestone in one’s life. Maintaining physical and mental health becomes increasingly important. I engage in walking, mindful eating and stress management. My approach to health not only boosts mental clarity and emotional stability, contributing to an overall sense of fabulousness.
How do you stay fabulous?Being over 40 and fabulous is about embracing the valuables of life with confidence; grace and a sense of adventure. It’s a celebration of collected wisdom, experience, and the freedom to live authentically. This phase of life is not about slowing down but about thriving and continue to evolve , proving that the best years are ahead.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would give back to the many cancer organizations that are helping me with my diagnosis and continue support. I would by my dream car. I would like to start my own business and take a much needed vacation once my treatment is done with my family and friends.
