I love the self confidence that I am learning and the love i have for myself. If I had a wish i would tell my younger self everything will be ok....keep the faith! I am proud of the woman I have become and look forward to sharing my knowledge with others so they can find their fab 40's!
How do you stay fabulous?I work hard to balance my physical and mental health that includes, yoga, meditation, sound bowls, hiking, going to music festivals and enjoying time with my loved ones in nature.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would work on my business of health and wellness by going back to school to become a massage therapist and open my own wellness center.
