What I love about being over 40 is having more freedom to live unapologetically. The lived experiences, lessons, and moments that once shaped me are now memories I cherish. I’ve learned to set boundaries, embrace more of who I am, and focus on what truly matters—living with more purpose, more intention, and deeper joy every day.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing more intentional living—nurturing my mind, body, and soul. I focus on self-care, celebrate small wins, and cherish meaningful connections. I honour the wisdom from my journey, stay curious, and keep learning. Most importantly, I show up authentically, knowing that every day is an opportunity to live with purpose and joy.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d invest in expanding my support network for others navigating life after life-changing experiences like breast cancer, focusing on mindfulness and intentional living. I’d create workshops, retreats, and resources to help women rediscover their purpose and power. A portion would also go toward self-care experiences and further learning, so I can continue showing up fully for myself and those I serve.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
