I just turned 46 and this is, BY FAR, my favorite decade! I love being over 40 because all of my life experience and all of the lessons learned have come together to provide me with so much peace and balance!
How do you stay fabulous?I have 4 absolute must-haves to stay feeling fabulous every single day: 1) exercise. I workout at least 5 days a week and without it, I would drown. It improves my sleep, my mood, my ability to be a good mom and wife. 2) music. I ALWAYS have music on in my home, office, car, ears/airpods. Music is my medicine and helps me stay focused and centered. 3) friends. My time with my girlfriends is nonnegotiable. The laughs with them fuel my soul. 4) nature. Spending time outdoors is massively underrate
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate 10K and put the rest directly into my savings account for the college educations of my son and daughter.
