Everything is better because it’s all about mindful living, growth, & wellness! Enjoyment comes to me often by connecting, laughing & sharing with those around me, friends, especially those in my close knit friend group of other single working professionals, my family, including two precious grandsons who have brought so much joy to my heart which is overflowing and full of love. I'm very proud of my 3 children for becoming who they are & for their efforts to succeed in this challenging life.
How do you stay fabulous?Daily, I try to do 1-3 workouts at my 1)High Intensity Training class 2)Yoga practice and 3)Spin class. The challenge of working out is fun for me as I am a competitor at heart and was a collegiate cross country and track athlete on scholarship at UCIrvine from 1986-1991. I am used to working out hard and feel it keeps me on my toes for what might come my way at any point like a Tsunami (JK). I always want to be ready for the unexpected and feel that being physically ready helps my brain.
What would you do with the $40,000?TRAVEL My youngest daughter is 13 years old now and she and I are always told we look so much alike. It is a lot of fun to hear that since my two older sisters are identical twins, so it's nice that I now have a twin too! LOL. When she was born, I was 42 and I told her the minute we met, after I held her for a moment that we would be best friends! I really meant it. Grace & I have the best time when we travel together to places like Aspen Colorado, Winnipeg Manitoba Canada & Maui, Hawaii.
