How do you stay fabulous?I read, exercise and meditate daily. This helps to ground me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I will build my dream wellness center. To provide all women with pelvic floor therapy, and corrective exercise. In this space I will also hold free workshops to help educate women regarding pelvic health, birth prep, and overall wellness. Having the money will also allow me to give care scholarships to women experiencing financial difficulties. I can then launch my no mom left behind project.
