How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying attuned to my body’s needs. I’m intentional about my actions—I exercise, eat well, stay hydrated, and prioritize mental health through therapy. Once a week, I dedicate a self-care day to indulge in activities like getting my hair or nails done, having a massage, or enjoying nature. Surrounding myself with inspiring, uplifting people is equally important. Being with close friends and family is a blessing that motivates and enriches my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am currently pursuing a Doctorate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and will graduate in May 2025 from the University of San Francisco. The $40,000 would be used to cover my tuition for the last semester. I’m eager to serve my community, helping to reduce the stigma and bias surrounding mental health and therapy. I believe that everyone can benefit from enhancing their mental health, as it plays a crucial role in overall well-being.
