I am 50 years old single mom of 4. I run my own PT business, contract massage therapy, realtor and still find time for self care.

The wealth of knowledge I have gained from the good and bad experiences thus far, the level of mindfulness/self awareness, and the confidence that I have built from within, not from others. I have the honor and ability to teach and educate others in my field. I appreciate learning and have the desire to learn more every day about myself, others and the world.
How do you stay fabulous?Physically, I take daily walks, perform pilates and try to complete strength training 1-2xs per week for my bone health. Emotionally, I work daily on improving my self awareness, emotional regulation, positive mindset, communication skills, and healthy boundaries. With all of the external stresses and stimulation, I strive to be still and stay focused on what’s important in life. Spiritually, I go to church to better myself as a human and give back to others and the community.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my credit card bills and set aside money for my children for school. My children are priority and want the best for them.
