I love the growth and how much there is to appreciate about being over 40. I’m more comfortable in my own skin than ever before, I am more resilient as you learn that everything will work out in the end. I know who I am, what I want, and what truly matters to me. This clarity has allowed me to focus my energy on the things that bring me joy and fulfillment, without worrying as much about what others think. I also have more wonder about the world, U am gratefu and take time to smell those roses.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by continually checking in with myself and ensuring I am living in accordance with my core values. Taking care of my physical, mental and emotional needs regularly helps me stay grounded and fabulous. In turn, I have the ability to make an effort to connect deeply to other females, to ensure that we are both seen and heard and lift them up and carry them on this fabulous journey as I feel it shouldn't be walked alone.
What would you do with the $40,000?After I finished crying (perimenopause is no joke), I would take a vacation with my family - two kids 6 and 8 and my husband. Likely back to Australia where we moved here from just 3 years ago and I would invest the rest in my side hustle, a passion project called the Authenticity Collective which offers monthly events to help women embrace their Authenticity. I am also on the Foster Care Review Board of AZ and Im sure they would appreciate a donation as well. Thank you for this opportunity :)
