I am comfortable in my own skin. What others think about me no longer affects me. I can now look inward with love to improve on my positive traits but more importantly, earnestly identify the negative for self improvement. I have come to appreciate the small things in life, realizing how important it is to be grateful for the good and the bad as both help us grow as a person. The best part is, my love for being of service to others has deepened and guided me towards my purpose. 🫶
How do you stay fabulous?I use a holistic approach to “staying fabulous”; a mind, body, spirit view point on wellness. I meditate, workout daily and consistently read to improve my wellbeing. In addition to consistent workouts , I keep my nutrition on point filling my body with healthy food. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that a positive mindset is of utmost importance in staying “fabulous”! ❤️
What would you do with the $40,000?A portion will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of my beautiful mother, Gillian Bernardino. I would also update my old kitchen, which is the heart of my family’s home. Cooking is my love language, it gives me peace, and it’s how I share my love with my family and friends. ❤️
