I love the fact that I don’t feel like I’m in my 40s…. Whatever being in your 40s is supposed to feel like?! I am grateful to have made it to this age when my mother and sister did not have such a blessing. I love the fact that I went through so many hardships when I was younger and my perseverance has finally paid off. I have realized time is fleeting and I do not squander a minute.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out 4-5 times a week, cardio/weight training. I enjoy my wine ( responsibly). No smoking or drugs. I have celiacs so my diet is pretty clean, but I eat a good gluten free dessert whenever possible. I’m always researching and implementing supplements or longevity treatment. Moderation in everything is key.
What would you do with the $40,000?I want to open a longevity center in my area. A center that focuses on healing from the inside while enhancing one’s beauty on the outside. This money would aid in my plan to open this business.
