What I love about being over 40 is the confidence, clarity, and self-awareness that come with it. Through my wellness journey, I’ve learned so much about nourishing my body and mind, and now I’m on a mission to help anyone I can, even if it’s just one person. I feel more vibrant at 48 than ever before, and spreading awareness and knowledge has become my true passion!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nourishing my body with clean eating, staying active, I love Piyo, and meditating. I also make my own skincare oils to keep my skin glowing. Plus, a positive mindset with daily affirmations. Keeping a smile and a sense of humor always keeps the vibe strong!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put it into my new online business that I am currently starting. It would give me so much more opportunity and ability to really start creating some great things for it to expand and grow! I would also spoil my kiddo and my pups a little bit too💕 your never to old to start over, especially if it’s your passion and will be able to help others in the process l! It’s a win win!!
