I am embracing my 40s and all the goodness that comes with being a wife, mother, and entrepreneur! I am living my best season!

I have to say, being over 40 has come with a maturity that allows me to sift through heaviness much easier. I feel when we are younger, we are still adding tools to our lives that don't necessarily allow us to live in the moment. Doing the hard work in my 30s has allowed me to slow down, in some sense, to really enjoy my family, friends and the fruits of my hard work.
How do you stay fabulous?This is an easy one… I don't take myself too seriously. I have a wonderful relationship with God who sustains me and I'm blessed to know he created me just the way I am! I try to work out at least 3 to 5 times per week, enjoy food, but not overdo it and spend quality time with those I love! Fabulousness is a mindset that begins when I wake up and is completely thankful when I go to bed at night.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use this money to start my nonprofit, the Azalea Foundation, which helps smaller nonprofits in my community raise money for their organizations. Azalea foundation brings women together to connect, be mentored and to just encourage leaders in our community. I believe together we can do more.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
