I just turned 60 and I feel more FABULOUS now than ever! Being Fabulous is intentional, it’s an act of self love and self acceptance.

What I love about being over 40 is the realisation that I am in control of my life! My ability to be vulnerable with no shame, learning from my mistakes in every area of my life. Prioritising my spirituality, giving back out of what I have been blessed with. Being over 40 is a privilege and I do not take it lightly!!! Being over 40 has given me the opportunity to tell my story to the younger generation, being who I needed when I was younger. I have more wisdom, confidence and zest for life!!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by starting everyday with prayers, my spiritual life is paramount. I work out daily except on Sundays. I hydrate properly and eat relatively well, I believe in everything in moderation. I indulge in spa treatments, I update my mind as much as I do my body. I read daily. I take every opportunity to self develop as much as i possibly can. I surround myself with positive people and shy away from any form of negativity. And I dress fabulous as much as I can. My fabulosity is within!
What would you do with the $40,000?I am a serial entrepreneur, I am a lawyer, a health coach, counsellor, a restaurant and spa owner. These all depicts every area of my life. Hunger and malnutrition is one the biggest problems in the world and especially in my country Nigeria, I am also aware that it is one of the world’s solvable problem. I will use the $40,000 to start a vision close to my heart, to set up an NGO to feed the poor. I currently have an NGO working with young people with mental health challenges in my Country.
